Gearhart has been a producer for multiple music projects, both classical and popular. In addition to his live performing, he has spent many hours in studio recording, digital editing and mixing. He is fluent with both Apple Logic and Pro Tools. You can find many current releases on Spotify and related platforms under Fritz Gearhart (classical) and Mod Robert (popular). Gearhart has produced several of the albums listed on this website including many that were released by major labels in the classical world. In the fall of 2025, Gearhart continued his education in audio engineering and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Recording Arts at University of Colorado Denver, expected completion May 2028.
Gearhart works as a freelance producer and specializes in helping singer-songwriters achieve their unique sound. As a producer, he has multiple skills as instrumentalist and arranger, so he can assist artists in many ways. He also records and edits classical recordings. RECENT PROJECTS:
Mira Devi: Reclamation
Mira Devi is a wonderful singer-songwriter in the Denver area. I produced this 10 song album with Mira that will be officially out in August of 2026. I was the audio engineer for this project, as well as arranger and musician - performing keyboards and violins on several of the tracks. I enjoyed string arranging for this album, and working with many local artists who contributed some fantastic material.

John Bunzli: Walk Away
This was a quick project in the fall of 2025. Local Denver area singer-songwriter John Bunzli came to the studio and for fun we recorded one of his songs. I worked with a local drummer and added additional tracks to what John put down.
Fritz Gearhart: Not Much Time
Summer 2025. This small project is an original song created with Pro Tools. It utilizes digital drum samples and explored the various stock plugins for reverb and effects.
Fritz Gearhart: Fighting Gravity
This song was laid down in fall of 2025, an original tune. I do not consider this finished yet, but this version is on the way.
